WinterWeather_YesAllIn Kansas we face a wide variety of weather, and we’re used to keeping an eye on developing weather and road conditions. Our church members come from all over Wichita, and the nature of severe or winter weather in Kansas may produce a significant impact in one part of town while having a smaller effect in another area.

With this in mind, Wichita First Church of the Nazarene has a policy to always continue with our planned Sunday morning church service regardless of the weather conditions. For those who live in an area experiencing harsher weather than others, we are blessed to have a ministry that provides live online streaming of our Sunday morning worship service each week.

This live online streaming ministry not only offers our church members and guests the flexibility to view our services remotely, it also provides some interactive features to allow viewers to participate in the life of the church.

  • If you have a prayer request, this online form allows for quick and confidential submissions to reach our pastors.
  • Church announcements and upcoming events can be found in the digital version of our church bulletin.
  • If you’d like to worship through the giving of tithes and offering, our simple and secure online giving page is available.
  • Viewers can also interact and share through our church’s Facebook page and Twitter feed.

While we always desire to gather as the people of God each Sunday, we recognize the Kansas weather may not always cooperate. So our hope is that these online services do not replace your regular church attendance but will come to be a suitable option in the event that severe or winter weather prevents you from safely traveling to church.

As always, please pay attention to local weather reports and road conditions, and know that our church is here for you at 1400 E. Kellogg Drive AND online at firstnaz.wpengine.com.
